Website and security

Cloudflare, Inc. hosts and protects this website. It processes technical data such as your IP address, requested URL, request time, browser and connection details. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in operating a reliable, secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

I do not keep a visitor database or enable application request logs. Cloudflare retains technical and security data as needed for service delivery, abuse prevention, troubleshooting and legal obligations; see its privacy policy.

Contact and support

I use your email address, message and optional name to answer your enquiry. An email address and message are required to use the form and receive a reply. Purchase and contract enquiries are processed under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; other correspondence under my legitimate interest in answering requests, Article 6(1)(f).

Cloudflare sends form messages to my Google Workspace mailbox, provided by Google Ireland Limited and its subprocessors. The website keeps no separate copy. Temporary IP-based rate limits prevent spam; your IP address is not included in the email.

I delete ordinary enquiries within six months after resolution. I keep ongoing support conversations while needed, and records required for contracts, statutory retention or legal claims for the applicable obligation or claim period.

International transfers

Cloudflare and Google may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the USA. Their data processing terms provide transfer safeguards, including European Commission standard contractual clauses where applicable. Details and copies are available in the Cloudflare and Google data processing addenda.

Cookies and external services

This site has no advertising cookies, behavioural analytics, embedded videos or external fonts. Its code sets no cookies or local storage. Documentation search stays in your browser. Cloudflare may use necessary security mechanisms.

Store, video and Discord links lead to external services with their own privacy notices. These services receive data when you follow a link; purchases take place on the store. If you contact me on Discord, I use your username and messages to provide support under the same legal bases above. Discord's own processing is described in its privacy policy.

Your rights

Subject to the GDPR's conditions, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your situation. I do not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, including the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
